As Managing Partner, Michael is the driving force behind the Eclipse Way, setting the firm’s vision, steering its growth, and shaping the standards that define our success. With more than a decade of experience at the intersection of Finance, Risk, and Technology, he brings a multidimensional perspective shaped by roles as a Trader, Developer, Analyst, Enterprise Risk Manager, and Management Consultant. His leadership blends strategic insight with an execution-focused mindset, particularly across Risk Management, Data Management, and complex transformation initiatives that bridge business and IT.

Michael holds an MS in Finance and an MBA in Risk Management & Insurance from Georgia State University’s Robinson College of Business. Outside of work, he is an avid reader, a marathon runner, and someone who loves sharing new ideas with the team.
